On the first Sunday of every month WFB presents a programme on Buddhism conducted in English, free of charge for the public at its headquarters off Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok. The programme consists of a Buddhist Forum, meditation instruction and practice, and (on certain Sundays) Dharma talk by guest speakers.

         The Buddhist Forum is an open group discussion featuring a brief presentation of a selected topic of spiritual interest. All attendees are invited to participate in a free exchange of ideas as well as to pose any questions they might have.

        The second part of the programme focuses on Buddhist mediation. This session is led by a meditation master; usually a Theravada monk from the international temple of Wat Pah Nanachat.
